The club uses Schedule Master for all aircraft scheduling. Members can edit schedules 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the internet, or by telephone. The service can provide e-mail alerts when users drop a schedule during a time you wanted to fly, and provide messages when alterations were made to your schedule due to maintenance.
Members can use the login to the left, or proceed to the Schedule Master login page
Prospective members can view past and future schedules for all club aircraft by using guest ID=45333 and Password=5050:
| Aircraft | Registration | Level Required | Monthly Dues | Hourly Rate |
| Cessna 172 | N7499C | 1 | $150 | $86 |
| Cessna 182 | N1228M | 2 | $185 | $119 |
| Beech Debonair | N1310A | 3 | $199 | $129 |
Rates as of 2010 Jul 3 (fuel reimbursed at $4.50/gal)
All rates above are per tach hour wet (i.e., including gas). For most local/pattern flying, 1.0 hours of Hobbs time typically bills out around 0.85 to 0.9 hours of tach time, the savings increases significantly when the engine is at idle, such as when waiting in line to take-off. Pilots typically log Hobbs time. FBOs typically bill by hobbs time (where there is no savings when the engine runs at lower power settings).
Rates are subject to change at any time to reflect the current operating costs of the club airplanes. All rate increases are subject to approval of the board members.
Members buy into Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3, depending on which planes the member desires to fly. Level 1 members may fly the 172. Level 2 members may fly Level 1 aircraft, plus the 182. Level 3 members may fly all Level 1 and 2 aircraft, plus the Debonair.
Each Level can be
purchased from the club for $2,000 each.
